Mom’s meds

I’m spending the day with my mother-in-law. She currently has vertigo so she’s taking this medicine prescribed by her Doctor to help her cope with the dizziness.
The only problem is the warning label in the back of the meds. It reads “MAY CAUSE DIZZINESS”. What the!? A medicine for vertigo that can cause dizziness?! Might be better off just to take M&Ms.
