Hot Air

16 October 2009 4 Comments

Ok this is not a post about that helium filled mylar contraption flying over Colorado that seem to be just a bunch of hot air. Did you guys see that CNN interview where the kid blurred out “we’re doing it for the show”..tsk tsk so busted. But nah this post is about this hot air ride BMW E92 from JOB Design.

JOB Design is well known for bagging and styling their cars into VIP cruisers. I don’t keep track of all their cars so I was kinda surprised to see that they have an E92 application. Here is my previous post of another

JOB Designs offers a full aero kit for the non-M e92 models. This is their full replacement front bumper. They also come with a carbon fiber splitter which I’ll refer to it as the “kamikaze” splitter due to the typical ride height of JOB Design cars.

You’ll notice that the headlights have been smoked courtesy of the Check Shop.

Here is a close up of JOB Design’s Rear diffuser.

And their vented side skirts.

This E92 although not for hi-speed runs, still needs to stop on a dime so a Brembo 6-pot big brake kit with 380mm rotors.

My favorite part of the car is the rear wheel fitment.

full shots, ooohh…

Close ups… ahhhhh..

I can haz hella flush.

The wheels are AGIO Competizione S TEN. Sizes are 20×9.5 wrapped with nitto 235/30/20 in the front and 20×10.5 in the rear wrapped with 255/30/20. I’m really digging the step lips on 20s.

I thought so too but the owner posted 6 pot. Either way, them 380mm rotors filled up the 20s real well. Hey check your mail!
