VITT, a Japanese-based tuner specializing in various models of Mercedes Benz have gotten their hands on couple of R230 SL and have developed some wild body kits for it. But even after couple of widebody kits’ they’re not done yet. This is their answer to the AMG Black series.

This facelifted Mercedes Benz SL tuned by VITT made its debut at last month’s Nagoya Auto Trend. At that time, I only saw close up shots of this car and the full shots weren’t as good so I didn’t really get to see how the whole car looked like. But alas, VITT have added some better pics in their site.


They created this widebody kit that looks umm, well different. The over the top styling is part of their “Squalo” series.

The full kit consist of a full front bumper replacement, front widebody fenders, sideskirts, widebody rear quarter panels and full replacement rear bumper.


They also offer a carbon fiber rear wing which is just as angular as the rest of the kit.
