Round 6 of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) took place last weekend in Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. I’m a little late posting this but the TV event coverage won’t air until this weekend so I hope I’m not ruining any surprises here. Stop here now if you don’t want to spoil the race.

The overall winner for this round goes to #16 Lola B09 86 Mazda driven by Dyson and Smith.

At last round, both Team RISI Competizione and Corvette Racing had misfortunes but the story a little different this time around.

Here are the results of the GT Class. Podium winners.

1st Place: #62 Ferrari F430 GT from RISI Competizione

2nd Place: #4 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 from Corvette Racing

3rd Place: #92 BMW M3 GT from Team RLR

Fastest Driver in the GT goes to Gianmaria Bruni driving the #61 Ferrari F430 GT.

Winner of the green Challenge goes to the Flying Lizard Motorsports.
