Round 3 of the Tuning Fest 2011 was held this past weekend at the Okayama International Circuit.
It brought out some of the best track prepared cars starting with couple of cars from AutoSelect team
Couple of widebody S2000 in the garage.
Speaking of widebodies, here’s a couple of S15 looking mean.
This one is even equipped with on-board hydraulic jack system.
This R34 doesn’t but you can spot those blue anodized Endless brakes from afar.
It wasn’t strictly for Japanese cars but a few tuned European track bombers were also present like this E92 M3 wit a full Amuse/Ericsson body kit and TE37 – deadly combination!
An event like this isn’t complete without a well prepared NSX.
Suited for Black Friday is this evil looking R34.
This FD3S sports a similar style widebody front fenders.
Speaking of FD3S, there are a few of them at the event.
Here’s one from the AutoSelect Team.
Couple of Porsches also showed up. Here’s a 993.
And a 964..
Pair of Bavarian bombers..
Yeah, them carbon fiber doors are money.
This car confused me. At first I thought it was just a modified Lexus SC430 but it’s actually a JZA80 Supra with a SC430 front end.
S15 out of the pits and in the track.
A common part some of these cars share is either a widebody fenders and/or a large rear wing.
This one opted for an interesting rear wing set up..
Voltex equipped EVO 8 getting his turn in Okayama.
Older mdoels can still rock it with the big guys.
You don’t see that many tracked-out Mitsubishi 3000GT but this one is still out and about kicking butt.
AutoSelect cars looking tough as always..
Yellow Shark feels at home.
Race went on till the break of dawn..
Spittin’ fire and all..
Rest of the photos..
