There’s have been rumors that VW will be bringing back the VW Golf Cabrio. The last time VW made a Golf Cabrio was during the MK3.5 (1993−2002) era. Recently, Prof. Dr. Martin Winkterkorn, Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG, announced plans to bring back the topless version of the MK6 Golf. Here’s my rendering on what the 2012 VW GOLF Cabrio might look like featuring their signature soft top.

The latest and possibly the final variant of the Lamborghini Gallardo have been in development for quite some time now. Since the introduction of the LP570-4 Superleggera, the only other version that came out of it is the Blancpain edition. But come LA Auto Show, Lamborghini is rumored to unveil their answer to Ferrari’s 16M. They are calling it the LP570-4 Peformante. More info after the jump.

BMW just had their 2nd round of strip tease in Paris. They unveiled a portion of the rear bumper design along with the previously revealed front corner bumper design. So with this, I made a new rendering of how I thought the rear quarter view of the 1M Coupe might look like. I also updated my previous front quarter view rendering. More after the jump.

With the recent release of the BMW 6 series concept images, it was a great excuse to take a stab at what the 2012 BMW M6 might look like. With the help of my source inside BMW, I rendered the F12 M6 coupe based on the proposed designs submitted for this model. Volkswagen was said to be releasing a “GLI” version of their latest MK6 Jetta by May of next year as a 2012 model. My wife and I are considering a new daily to replace our MK5 Jetta and this might be a good replacement if the upgrades are enough or at least worth it. So I did a rendering of what the 2012 VW Jetta GLI might look like. More info after the jump.
