In Japan, there is a racing series specifically for BMW appropriately called the BMW CUP.
It’s open to all BMW models but mostly dominated by M3s from E30, E36, E46 and E92 models. I”ve collected some pictures from it and thought I share it here.

They’re baaack. Well the BMW Team Rahal/Letterman GT2 M3 is back from France for the annual 24hr of Le Mans. They will be racing this weekend in Lime Rock Park in the 5th leg of the American Le Mans. I’ll have my DVR recording the race while I run some errands. It’ll be good to see them in action again.

How low can you go? I don’t mean ride height but offset-wise. With lower offsets, you get more lip but the wheels do protrude more. It’s a calculated way of getting a really nice stance if this is your style.
I don’t think I have the guts to run such low offsets on my car without having a proper widebody kit but the owner of this BMW E36 certainly has.

I remember when I had my 19×11 BBS LM for my widebody E36 when everyone was running 19×10. BBS LeMans wheels were common in 18s but when 19s was released, I knew I had to get it.
Here is a picture of the 19×11 and 19×8.5 after the Yokos were mounted.
