WTCC teams had started with their test days last month. RBM Team brought out their BMW 320is to Southern Portugal to do some shakedown runs. I love these test cars.

I’ve posted a some pictures of this E90 from Japan before in my post Baddest E90. It’s a car that can back up it’s look in the street and especially at the track. I love everything about it proving that a sedan can rock it too.

No April Fools here. First thought, oh a BMW E90 racecar with some crazy DTM and ALMS aerodynamic styling cues. But looking at the rear and missing set of doors, you’ll notice that this is not an E90 (4dr) but an E92 coupe. This racecar from Belgium has the E90 front end on an E92 body… why, I don’t know.

When I was building my E36 back in ‘95, I got a hold of a bunch of BTCC videos. Although the VHS videos I got was dubbed in Japanese LOL, I watched them over and over again just to see the Warsteiner E36 rip around with screaming straight cut gears. Besides their distinctive BTCC bumpers, DTM exhaust and tucked in race wheels, one thing that stood out to me was the livery.. all white with checkered flags on both front end corners. These white E36s mingled among the silver B5 …
